Layton Boulevard West Neighbors, Inc. (LBWN) is a non-profit community development organization dedicated to revitalizing Milwaukee's Silver City, Burnham Park, and Layton Park neighborhoods.  LBWN was founded in 1995 by the School Sisters of Saint Francis.  The Layton Boulevard West neighborhoods are proud to be a Milwaukee Healthy Neighborhood and part of the Zilber Neighborhood Initiative

The Layton Boulevard West neighborhoods are conveniently located between Miller Park and the Mitchell Park Domes, simply minutes from the freeway and only a short 7 minute drive to downtown. With the Menomonee Valley right in our backyard, neighbors can easily walk to a Brewers game, enjoy a bike ride on the Hank Aaron State Trail, and fishing the Menomonee River.

A block of
Frank Lloyd Wright homes attracts visitors from around the world. Architects and homebuyers alike marvel at
the quality and affordability of our housing stock. From Milwaukee Arts and Crafts Bungalows and Victorian workers cottages to the classic brick colonials, these turn-of-the-century homes feature German Craftsmanship, unique architectural detail, and beautiful stained glass windows.

Visit our neighborhood and experience its diversity- from ethnic restaurants and grocery stores, to a variety of faith congregations, to
an inter-National Main Street District, to our active neighbors with origins all over the map!
