First Unitarian Society of Milwaukee

First Unitarian Society of Milwaukee is a welcoming place for spiritual community, diverse beliefs, and intellectual freedom (active in Milwaukee since 1842).

Join us any Sunday for services, religious education programs, programs on social justice and other topics, and more.

We don't tell you what to believe. Instead of a creed or a doctrine, we support the inherent worth & dignity of every person, and seek a free & responsible search for truth & meaning. Here you’ll discover a spiritual home where:

  • Freedom, reason, community and social justice come together.
  • Diverse beliefs are respected and celebrated.
  • The interdependent web of life is respected.
  • Children and adults explore all the world’s religions.

Within our congregation, you’ll find a diversity of belief. We will spark your own curiosity about religious questions and provide you with the tools you will need to make your own decisions about spiritual, ethical, and religious matters.

Our church is located just northeast of downtown Milwaukee on the southeast corner of Astor & Ogden Streets at 1342 N. Astor St.
